Shipping policy
**Processing & Shipping Times**
We aim to process orders for standard items within 24-72 business hours. This is our goal, but not a guarantee. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to inventory availability.
Once processed, shipping times depend on your location and the carrier's performance. Typical delivery is 3-5 business days after shipment, but this is an estimate and not guaranteed.
**Custom & Personalized Orders**
Custom and personalized jewelry orders require additional production time. These orders typically take 7-14 business days to create before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email when your custom order begins production and another when it ships.
**No Guaranteed Delivery Dates**
All shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering to discuss expedited options. Even with expedited shipping, we cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date due to factors outside our control.
**Time-Sensitive Orders (Weddings, Holidays, Events)**
If you need jewelry for a specific event or date, please contact us at info@PandaJewelryStore.com BEFORE placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your timeline, but we cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date.
We strongly recommend ordering well in advance of your event:
- Standard items: Order at least 2-3 weeks before your event
- Custom/personalized items: Order at least 4-6 weeks before your event
We are not responsible for late deliveries that prevent you from using the item for your intended event.
**Shipping Delays**
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays and peak seasons
- International customs processing (for international orders)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Delivery address requiring signature with no one available
We will notify you promptly if we anticipate any significant delays with your order.
**Carrier Responsibility**
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. We are not liable for:
- Late deliveries by the carrier
- Lost packages (we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier)
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by you
- Delivery attempts made when you are not available to receive the package
For lost or delayed packages, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier, but the carrier is ultimately responsible for resolution.
**Tracking Information**
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's delivery progress. Please check your tracking information regularly and contact the carrier directly if you have concerns about delivery timing.
**Address Accuracy**
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses. Address changes after shipment may not be possible.
